Assess
Your first consultation is a thorough review of your symptoms, health history, previous results, and what you’ve already tried. We take everything seriously, including the things you’ve been told don’t matter.

Investigate
Where testing is indicated we use targeted diagnostics to identify what’s driving your symptoms. Testing is recommended based on what your assessment reveals.
Testing is arranged directly from your home or through a collection centre near you depending on what’s needed.

Plan
Your results are reviewed with you in plain language. A conversation, not just a report about what we found, what it means, and what we recommend.
Your plan is built around your results, your biology, your lifestyle, and your goals.

Optimise
Health doesn’t resolve in a single appointment. We stay in this with you over time — reviewing, refining, and adjusting your plan as your results evolve and your body responds.

What this looks like in practice
In practical terms, here’s how most patients move through the process.
You Book
A free 10-minute discovery call if you want to talk it through first, or a 30 or 60-minute consultation for the area you want investigated.
You Consult
A telehealth consultation at a time that suits you. Bring your history, your previous results, your questions. We’ll do the rest.
You Test
If testing is recommended, your kit is sent to your home or we arrange referral to a pathology collection centre near you, with most results back within two weeks.
We Review
Once your results are back we schedule your follow up. We go through everything together, explain what we found, and confirm your personalised plan.

We are not a Medicare provider and consultations are not Medicare rebatable.
Private care means we can spend the time your health actually requires. A thorough consultation, targeted investigation, a personalised plan, and ongoing review, without the constraints that come with a system built around ten minute appointments.
